Shipping Policy
We only ship within the United States. Additional shipping/handling charges may apply for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFO.
You can usually expect delivery within 3-10 business days from the order date (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Please keep in mind some products may be coming from Africa, which means, it might take more than 10 business days.
Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout.
Additional Shipping & Handling Charges:
Additional shipping/handling charges may apply for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFO.
Additional shipping and handling charges may apply to items that are large, bulky or require special packaging. The additional shipping and handling amount, if applicable, will appear on product detail pages and at checkout.
Delivery Charges
Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on weekdays will be processed the following working day.
Return & Exchange Policy
For Online Purchases (Exchanges, Incorrect or Damaged Items)
We represent various vendors, each with its own policy. However, you will be informed about the Return & Exchange Policy prior to your purchase.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item and otherwise need to make an exchange, please contact us immediately, at hello@shopagoa.com with your request.
Due to the nature of most of the products, exchange will only be provided for incorrect and/or damaged items. Items MUST be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. An original or emailed receipt is required.
Due to food safety issues and the process required to ship, ShopAGOA.com may not accept returns on food items, under certain circumstances. Please contact us immediately, at hello@shopagoa.com with your request.
Return Via UPS or USPS. Items sent C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
Return shipments may take up to 30 business days to process.
Shipping, surcharges, delivery, and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns must include:
The merchandise you’re returning
Your receipt or packing slip
The original form of payment
All sales are final on promotional and discounted purchases.
